Ordered 12/11/08 payment was sent the moment the invoice arrived from Dollmore, I have proof with paypal receipts.

* How was the communication?
There was none until I received an email from Dollmore, the subject said the order was shipping, the contents said my order had been canceled on January 8th. Not only did they ask me if I knew the person my order was delivered to in Hawaii, it took multiple people messaging them to fulfill my order again and have it shipped to the correct location. Emails were ignored. Only messages on the Q&A were answered. Replies to messages over a day old had to result in new posts on the board and it was a long, complicated, and very frustrating process.

* How easy was it to pay?
For me, I paid using paypal after they sent me the invoice - that was easy. They apparently did not see the payment, so I guess pretty difficult on their end.

* How long did it take to ship?
The first shipment was sent January 23rd. It ended up in Honolulu, I live in Oregon. This is a problem. The second shipment was sent (after much difficulty) on January 28th.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Decent, but not worth the stress.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
I suppose. I didn't look at all the sales pictures enough to notice the gun that was ordered was a lighter, nor did the person who purchased it.

* Were you satisfied with the product?
I guess. The bottoms of the MSD underpants I bought are starting to unravel.

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
They did ship my order twice. They also replaced a wig that went out of stock due to their own tardiness in noting my payment and shipping our small order with a similar one.

NEVER!

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
It varies. The yukata I bought is amazing, as are the glass eyes I bought and the freebie eyes they sent me. The other clothes are nice as well, but the Dollmore Acrylic eyes are incredibly cheap looking.
Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes, everything but the aforementioned eyes. The pupils are a bit clouded looking, not a sharp black like pictured in the photos. The irises are nice though.
Were you satisfied with the product?
Overall, yes.
Would you order from this company again?
Yes, this is my second time purchasing from them.

Quite possibly.

Great! I accidentally placed my order three times ( ) but I posted on the Q&A board and the two extra orders were cancelled by the next morning.
How easy was it to pay?
I wouldn't say easy...If you choose paypal, when you send your order, a blank screen comes up. This confused me a bit so I monkeyed around with it, not knowing that each time I was sending the order again. Check your e-mail after you send your order and don't do what I did! xD
How long did it take to ship?
It only took a couple of days for them to send out my order, and it arrived shortly after that. It took less than a week total from order date to arrival!

excellent! I left a message on the Q&A for a tracking number and they responded the next day!

very easy! I paid through their CC gateway so it would be faster. it was very easy to use and the payment cleared that day!

It took a couple of days to fill the order and once they sent out the package I recieved it in a few days. It was held up over the weekend (because we know the mail hardly moves on the weekend), but it cleared customs so fast!

Absolutely! The doll stand is very sturdy and very nice looking and the dress is very high quality and fit my doll so well.

Well I didn't have any questions to ask, so I can't answer for that. However, when I ordered and stated that I would pay through Paypal, I only had to wait a few hrs before they sent the invoice to me. Likewise, when they shipped my ordered, they emailed and provided a tracking number too.

How easy was it to pay?
Paid through Paypal, so very easy.

How long did it take to ship?
My order took 3 days to dispatch and 4 to arrive - perfect IMO

I thought the order didn't go through so I accidentally made a double order. However, I posted about this in their Q&A board and they fixed this. I'd also accidentally submitted the wrong email address for paypal so they needed to send me an invoice. Lesson learned: check your e-mail before you buy and don't double click!

It was shipped on 9 February and I got the package on 13 February.

Yes, but the shipping cost was outlandish!

- There was some slight confusion, since the paying account was not my own, but they were patient and made it as easy as possible.

- About 12-13 days. So he took a little over 2 weeks total to get to me, around or about.

- Absolutely. The doll is fantastic and the clothes were cheap for such great quality.

- More or less. The colour of his skin and the eyes I asked for (which I was pleased to get because they are listed as sold out on the website) are slightly different, but in a good way- Everything is much nicer in person.

- Absolutely. The doll is gorgeous, his face up is perfect, the clothes are great, and the free gifts were very nice and are being put to good use.
