well i noticed dollmore didn't have a feedback threat yet.
And after my last grouporder...i think they need one.
Because it made me wonder if more people have had these sort of troubles with them.
My feedback:
Grouporder feedback:
First grouporder:
All went well,
i heard someone got the wrong shoes.
But i don't think the person had a big problem with it.
Second grouporder:
I only had some eyes in this one,
i had like 2 pairs of special dollmore eyes ~single.
But i got them all double (so complete eye sets)
Third grouporder:
Well here is when it got bad.
It was a big group order and the website had been acting strange,
so the grouporder leader mailed dollmore the order.
They ended up:
-Forgetting 2 outfits
-sending me a wrong cheaper hoodie
I told the group order leader i wasn't accepting the cheaper hoodie,
she agreed with me.
After some mailing dollmore asked if we could send the wrong one back and
they would send the right one and the missing outfits.
~In the end it all turned out alright, but it feels to me like the service is getting bad :/
Feedback on quality/items:
-clothing,
really nice,
But the underwear....
some of the ruffles started to..come apart...as soon as i putted them on my doll.
-Shoes,
well most of the shoes they sell you can buy cheaper at ebay.
But they are still very nice.
-Eyes,
i love the dollmore special line eyes,
i own buckets of them.
The normal dollmore eyes are <3 as well.
My Petsha wears them and they just sparkle on photo's
