FrozenRose - I live in the UK too, our customs can be really awful to doll collectors >.< but good news! When I ordered my Anona from liwenjie0310 on ebay, s/he marked down the doll before sending it so that she sailed through customs without a single penny to pay I didn't even ask them to mark it down, s/he just did so automatically. So you should be fine there.

She stood solidly right out of the box, I was really pleased But I felt that Doll-Love sent her too tightly strung for my preferences, especially her arm stringing. It may not be a problem for you, it's just my personal preference. But when I took her apart I noticed that they had cut off the elastic right at the knot, so there was no way to loosen her stringing. So just FYI if you did decide to restring a Doll-Love you would need to buy longer elastic.
-edit- btw the photos from that thread are before I restrung her, so those are all the poses she could hold as a brand new doll with no modifications.

I need some help! I've tried asking around, but I haven't really gotten any answers, but I want to know what body would fit Doll Love Anona/Arona best? I love her face, but I'm not a huge fan of her torso, any ideas?

i GUESS Dollzone body should fit quite well. i'm considering getting one for my God-Enjoy so i tried putting her on DZ boy body and it worked just fine for me, but i honestly admit i don't have a girl body to try at the moment.

I've wanted a little girl to keep my one girl company since a few months now. Originally I really, really wanted another Kid Delf (all but 2 of my minies are Kid Delfs now) but couldn't afford it. Then I saw DollLove's Arina and really liked her but wasn't really convinced because I didn't like the body. Then Hugh came out and I was so enchanted by him and decided he would make a perfect little girl to finally be friends with my Vanessa.

So on 6/4/12 I ordered a Hugh girl who will be named Willow! I'm still not convinced by the body but I'm hoping I will love her so much I won't care. Can anyone tell me if they are considered "slim" minies or will she be able to share my chubby Vanessa's dresses?

I was just curious but has anyone had problems ordering doll love from any of the two dealers on eBay? One is an official dealer and the other one I'm not sure is and I'm afraid if i buy from the second seller ( which has al faster shipping) my anona will be a fake. I'd love to get her before I leave for college and use the second dealer but I want to make sure she will be authentic.

The two dealers I'm talking about are wa20091122 and liwenjie0310, is liwenjie0310 authentic?

liwenjie0310 is the official dealer, wa20091122 is not.

Also, if you're worried about buying from ebay, Mint On Card sells Doll Love now.

As Keilee said, liwenjie0310 is Doll-Love's only authorised dealer on ebay. Do not buy from wa20091122 or any other ebay seller claiming to be an official Doll-Love dealer. I bought my Anona from liwenjie0310 and she arrived really quickly with no problems They are a small company so they don't have a massive backlog of orders, that's why waiting times tend to be lower.


eta: ShadowMist, my Anona's measurements are similar to the size of the old DZ bodies, if that helps.
