* How was the communication? Outstanding. I placed my order during their holiday ordering period, so I was expecting my wig to ship on January 5. The next day, I received a call from someone there asking if I wanted to change my shipping option so that my order would ship that day. I missed the call, but appreciate the contact.
* How easy was it to pay? No problem.
* How long did it take to ship? Much less time than I was anticipating. Like I said, I was expecting my wig to ship out on January 5, but actually received it in the mail today. That makes it a total of 9 days, Christmas included.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Very much so. Nicely styled wig, and quality materials.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes.
* Were you satisfied with the product? Totally.

* Would you order from this company again? Absolutely. The customer service was excellent, and the wig is high quality.
