Excellent. Updates on order were done through Paypal, but when I received a broken magnet in my parcel, I emailed the company. They were very quick to respond, and sent out a replacement magnet right away.

* How easy was it to pay?
Paypal - really easy

* How long did it take to ship?
Shipped a week from order date, via EMS

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes, really nice resin and matches well to Volks. Sculpting is also well done.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes

* Were you satisfied with the product?

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
They immediately replaced a broken magnet at no cost to me, email responses were nice and prompt.

Definitely. Looking forward to seeing what else they come out with.

I ordered a set of YoSD size "goat" hooves and horns, direct from the company. They arrived within a few days! Fastest shipping i've ever experienced!
They were beautifully packaged, exactly as described and just the most gorgeous things I've ever seen!

It was easy to pay - through paypal - and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. They're wonderful! Definately recommended!
