* What did you order?
I organized a GO in which 12 wigs and 10 sets of hair bleach strips were ordered - all of which made it here!

* When did you order?
September 10, 2009

* Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or dealer?
I ordered directly from the company.

* How was the communication?
Their communication was prompt and friendly, albeit carefully composed on both sides because of a very strong language barrier. It was alright though! Anyone used to dealing with Engrish would do just fine.

* How easy was it to pay?
It was fine - I used Paypal.

* How long did it take to ship?
They shipped out the order after 20 business days, which was their estimate. C: It took another week to reach me.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Extremely! Considering you can order any wig in any size or colour you want for an unchanging price, I'd say it was VERY worth it. The quality of the wigs is absolutely amazing - they're soft, thick and so vibrant.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes, all the wigs and bleach strips looked just as good as the sales pictures - most looked even better, in fact!

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Extremely satisfied!

* Would you order from this company again?
Without a doubt. I'm very impressed.

Sure, if it was in good condition and coming from a reliable seller.
