sweetiemom, congratulations! That is very good news! Did you buy him from Bluefairy or Minoru World? Or from the market place? I am sure you won't have too long a wait anyway, both those companies seem very speedy compared to some of the other bjd sites!

Actually I got him on ebay at a great price! He should be here Thursday or Friday. I also got a cute Cherry outfit for Yoko from the same seller, that I missed out on when it was available through Blue Fairy.

Oooh, congratulations Sweetiemom! It will be so much fun to see your Choco boy and compare him to my Choco girl!! I am still so much in love with her, I cannot believe it.

Which seller is that, if I may ask?

The seller was lk552. She had several Pocket fairy wigs, outfits and a couple dolls (Yoko and Choco) for sale.

Yes, both auctions ended with very good prices!
I saw these auctions after I have bought my Minimay.
Yoko for 315$ would have been a very good deal, right?

Well, the fullsets with wig and clothes are about $300 plus shipping , so I'd say that is a pretty good price. I got Choco for $232 plus shipping, which was way below what I'd have had to pay for one from Blue Fairy or Minoru World..and I was tired of waiting for them to become available again. His little school outfit will match the one my Yoko has.

    Choco arrived!

Here's my little buddy fresh out of the box. He arrived yesterday, but so did my son and dil from VA, so I only had time to grab a quick picture. He's adorable!

and here's Choco with his sister Yoko, who got a pretty new dress!

    Hi everyone

I've been missing in action from this thread for weeks as I have been sooo busy with commissions but now I'm on the home straight so hopefully, soon, I will be able to come back and play again. My little dolls have been really neglected apart from modelling for me, so you can imagine they are not happy little chappies!

Rosi, I love your new little Choco, what a sweetie! I do love them in their little school uniforms as that is what they were wearing when I first saw them! I might have to make one for my own little Felice (Noma) one of these days!

    Hugs

    Thanks Sharon,
I really like this little guy, and the girls are glad to have someone else to play with.
The school uniforms would be simple to make..it's just a one piece outfit-bodice and skirt or pants in one color-the sleeves and collar in white.

Hi Angela! Welcome to the forum!

Oooh, congratulations on getting your first BJD! My first was a PF Choco. The one I ordered last (I've got orders out for a Felixdoll Brownie and a Lati Yelllow Byurl, both of which were ordered before the PF) got here first, go figure! The wait wasn't long *at all*, I think it took less than two weeks. Really, really fast!

You'll love your Jimmy even more once he arrives! They are even better in person than on the website. O, and as for dramatic... I know exactly how you feel - I immediately fell in love with the Pocket Fairies too, they were the first BJDs I coveted.

Congratulations sweetiemom. I have been eyeing up a playmate for my Yoko lately too. A little boy perhaps.

My Minimay got lost in the mail, I suppose!

The tracking hasn't been updated since Nov 25th. Item (sent by EMS USPS) has left New York is the last entry. The seller is very helpful and started a big reseach.

Yesterday I've received some beautiful stuff I've bought for her from JanetsDollHouse.
I'll keep it for while, there is a wee bit of hope left that she will find her way home.

Have you checked with the post office? She may be stuck somewhere between New York and Germany-possibly in customs? I sure hope she makes it home to you soon.
