I've been pulling my hair out trying to figure out wigs for my two pocket fairies. I've found this thread useful, but I'm still not sure what I want to get.

I am interested in a couple of the wigs on ebay from "fa-tiao" - the size 4-5 ones. I emailed her/him and asked if they knew if they'd fit a PF, but the seller told me I'd need the 3-4 ones that they sell. I am hesitant to get one of those because they are "for pukipukis" and I know that the wigs my husband has for his pukis won't even go onto my PF's heads. If those wigs actually fit a PF well, then I doubt they fit the pukis that great. Have any of you bought from fa-tiao, and if so which size did you buy and how did it fit?

Oh where to start.. Hi! I thought I should introduce myself. I've read through this thread (twice at some points) and I feel like I know everyone here, and the dolls..You have such beautiful photos here. I started browsing when, like a lightning, it hit me that the sugar body is perfect and I want need have to have one now. But which one? I was playing around with the list Yoko-Taro-Noma-Fei-Remmy-May or basically all the ones who don't smile too much. I was happy to see people here had had the same problem, I wasn't alone. They are all too sweet to choose from!
Then I had almost decided I want a Noma over Yoko first, and I saw some pocketfairies live and fell for the white skin, to make my life more difficult.
And then there was a Kissing Minimay up for adoption and bam I got her!
Here she is with a really big and wrong wig and borrowing a dress from my Elfdoll piggy Deli..
She's my first BF and I doubt she's the last. More pocketfairies at least! I'm so glad I got her, thanks to the Bluefairy-enablers of Finland, what a fierce bunch (really, thank you!), because then there was the hello sunshine stuff on the Sora*Iro blog and with my elementary Japanese skills it was just too hard to follow what was going on. So I'm not too unhappy about not getting the sunshine Noma, I think I'll get Noma in the chubby baby size sometime. I didn't think I'd like the little size before I got to play with Xaya's Ofelia. Adorable! But then again I didn't know I'd love Bluefairies so much in general.
About the wigs.. I have a bunch of tinies and 4" wigs, and the one she's wearing here is a Monique 4 and a half inch Geneva if I remember correctly. Stays on but is ridiculously wide. The 4" wigs from Monique I tried on didn't fit, neither did the Fairyland or other ones I have. I was already ordering one from Can can as some of you recommended them, when I tried on another Monique 4" wig (Pretty girl) and it fit! And I like the style on her, so I'll post a picture of her again later, when I have time to make her some clothes.

crybabygirl777 I will post Mitten in her various wigs onto your thread at the weekend. Mitten actually wears a fairyland pukipuki wig which fits her perfectly (it's too big for any of my pukis) but we also have a PF wig and a wig from cancan j series (which is beautifully made)

I promised more photos so here I am, though I haven't had any time to make clothes for her. But she can almost fit in some of the puki stuff and she's cute in anything. :3 But I will set aside some time for sewing this weekend. I will! This is the surprising Monique 4" wig that fit.
The sun was setting so the light is not good.. but this thread need more pictures! Show me what your pocket fairies look like this spring?
Oh and I forgot to say, Asuka's Sugar is so sweet and the wig is really cute!

Hi! I would be happy to join this thread. I do not have a Pocket Fairy, but Minimay is on the top of my wishlist. I am just not sure if I should get her on normal or on Sugar body. A shorter body would probably fit better in my doll family (I have Lati Yellows, pukipukis and a realpuki) but a sugar body looks better. What would you suggest?
The photos here are so beautiful and I really hope I will get my PF soon.

I have the smaller body and she looks really cute with Lati Yellow, like a chunky little sister. There bodies are bigger than Puki, but smaller than LY but the proportions fit better with LY. As the heads on the small and sugar bodies are the same, I think the sugar has a more realistic look, rather than 'big headed doll' look as LY do and may not look as good with your current dolls (but I don't know as I don't own one). However that wouldn't stop me, as I tend to buy the dolls I love rather than worrying about how they go togetherAnd I think May looks better on the sugar body, I keep being tempted myself!

Smilga Like you, I have a combination of PF and Lati Yellow/pukifee. I have both sizes of pocket fairy and have to say, while the original size sort of fits with my lati yellow family better, I love my sugar sized body much more! And the bonus is, the Sugar size can share some clothes and shoes with lati yellow much better than the little one can. Mitten (a Kitty sugar) wears a few of my Lati dresses/leggings as tops and capris.

Has anyone tried the Sugar body with another head?
I think the body is adorable but the heads are not so much my taste. Looks like Lati Yellow heads would be way too big, right?

I would say lati yellow are way too big - their bodies are overall a little slimmer than Lati Yellow and their heads are a very petite size 4 (my pocket fairy sugar wears a pukipuki/lati white sized wig)
A bisou ai head from aidolls would work better but might be hard to get hold of. Here's my PFsugar in between a pukifee (whose head is smaller than all my lati yellows) and a lati yellow special.
