Hi everyone! I'm new and I don't have a PF, but I want to buy a Pepper body and I came here to ask about clothes and shoes for this size... I see that some of you have sugar body so I just have to check all the pages to find the infos I need :P
as Jane said I wish bluefairy made white skin bodies :/

*jane*, MarshMellina : they did white skin before, it's just not their standard line. I found out after the ordering period was over, and had to buy mine off yja and stuck to the one I wasn't deeply in love with but still liked to a certain extent. Minimay in WS is too popular and hard to come across *sigh*. My Roa is a whiteskin.

also, last weekend they did have some white skin sugar body order purchase available at a Japanese doll event. not sure if they did online orders though.

oh I see.. she has different eyes or it's me? :P
anyway I have to buy a head (not PF) and I wanted it white, but if there are only a few chances to find a WS pepper body I'll go for the natural head, so I'm sure that there will be always a NS skin body available (I hope!!)

Honeythorpe I warn you, I'm gonna steal Mitten's furry boots! XD they're lovely, specially the pink/coral ones <3

thanks Julipinetree I think Mitten will get a sugar or pepper sibling at some point. I'm too smitten with Didi and Jimmy not to get one of them.

MarshaMellina all Mitten's shoes and boots are blythe/lati ones. The furry boots are from pocowai. They're a bit pricey (we actually only own the pink ones - the grey ones are borrowed from a friend) but so very cute. I think the sugars were made to wear boots - they look so cute on their gangly legs.
I don't have any WS BF dolls so can't comment on the colour but their NS resin is really pretty.

Finding bodies-only may be tough; boy bodies even more. Good luck though.

KimaLucifer thank you I noticed that there are many sugars around and no pepper (well, one of my friends has both but she's not on DoA), but as long as BF produce them it's ok :P
about odd eyes I like them (: one of my incoming RPs will have different colored eyes ^^

I also discovered yesterday that the clothes she is doing better is to Odeco, I thought Tiny Betsy McCall also worth but is a bit wider.

Midols Sooo cute. I think I might have to get a pepper brother for Mitten, oh and her PF sister who still doesn't have a name - I was going to call her Polly but it sounds a bit funny with the "pocket" bit!

did you buy the outfits direct from the petworks store? was the shipping hideous?

I have lots of sewing patterns for Odeco so I will have to give them a try for Mitten. I can't remember if this skirt that I made for her was tiny betsy or Odeco but it fit really nicely.

Hello honeythorpe...thank you for adding Mitten's pics to the group.

The yen to dollar exchange rate is killing me. I want to order the rest of the PW sets. Every time I put them in my cart, after calculating the shipping and then do the exchange rate...I x out the page...lol

I have a lot of patterns for Tiny Betsy and Odeco too, just can't seem to get around to sewing lately...I love these dolls so much that maybe it will push me into sewing again.

I hope you do get a Pepper brother for Mitten...I'd love to see some more boys...btw...I'm waiting on a Strawberry Didi... just had to order her to after seeing pics...so cute

I went to go look some stuff up in the wiki and it has no information.. I'm updating some of it now. But if you all could share some usefull information about your pocket fairies I'll enter it in!

not sure if it's in there yet but cancan j series do wigs specifically for pocket fairy - I bought one for Mitten, though she ended up wearing a Fairyland puki wig - but Polly is wearing it now and it fits perfectly and the fibres are super fine so it looks really nicely in-scale with little girls.

I got the pepper/sugar measurements in there now. And I trolled the clothing thread and pulled some info, but I really don't want to go through 43 pages here! Also add that tidbit about the cancan wigs added.

Oh, that is good to know. I own other Cancan wigs but haven't tried the PF size yet. That's good that it's finer. I find the plaits on some of the wigs for smaller dolls tend to be too thick and don't look right for that reason. I will have to check to them out now. Thanks!

got my Strawberry Didi Sugar in the mail yesterday...

I love Didi's porcelain white skin,
her squinty eyes and her little mouth.
She is wearing Yoko's wig and Yoko is wearing hers.
I hope they come out with some new boy specials with
white skin as I'd like to have another boy for my family.
