Lacklustre, 'Andrea' sold me a lovely B&G Aurora. She was so friendly and kept up with e-mail correspondence even after the sale, was very interested in the 'after sales' details of the doll. She sent the doll, and *zoom!* only two days later I received it, perfectly packed and lovely!!
