Hello guys, I need some of your advice =)
I am planning on getting Ruby soon enough, but I wonder where should I place an order?
everyone seem to be ordering from here - http://flowersunion.com/eng/, right?
but there's also coco tribe dolls here - http://www.kondoll.com/en/goods.php?id=80
and for some reason they state lesser waiting time - 15-25 days o_O

which site you thing is more trustworthy and probably will take less time to ship?

btw, i want to order plain white and faceup-less ruby, so i was wondering how much time will she take to be shipped. 4 months sounds kinda scary, considering that I have 8 dolls and never had to wait more than two weeks for at least one of them x_x

Yeah, 4-months does sound kinda scary. I'd never ordered from either dealer so cannot say which is better. I've heard from another owner that they got their doll from kondoll some years ago and the wait was acceptable.
In the mean time, my Ruby just shipped from Eden Doll and it took only exactly 2 months, which is about the same wait time I experience w/my other dolls. I noticed that their site no longer lists the CoCo Tribe line but it doesn't hurt to email and inquire.

Oh, forgot to mention, CoCo Tribe is running a halloween event right now with pumpkin accessories. Really cute! I'm so tempted...

My Ruby also took exactly two months-not bad at all. the only thing is, when I ordered from Kira Kira they were having website issues and didn't even know my order had gone through so I'm very happy I emailed them to ask about it. Their communication is kind of crappy but they've gotten all the dolls out as far as I know, they're pretty nice (when they finally answer), and Ruby is totally worth it.

They had offered me a refund if I wanted to cancel (I declined) and I got a free faceup for my trouble. Even though it was a pain to order from them, I might go ahead and order again in the future (cause I kind of want a Ricci too) since they were so nice about it.

Awww....Cotton Tail is lovely!
I had the same fear when I first started to pull the head off and then I realised the back of the head is strung on to the body elastic. Try holding on to the back of the head and grab her chins outwards towards you with another hand. The face piece should come out and up with that motion. I just twist the head aside to access the eyes without unstringing the head. Somewhat unusual construction.

My god what so beautiful pictures. I was watching allot of Rubys.. in your experience.. could you tell me how do you consider the resin quality ? the price is equivalent of the quality? they are easy to pose?

I'm excited to see that the special colours are apparently no longer event specials? They're just listed like standard colours now, aside from the increased price! X3 Once I clear out a couple more layaways, I'd really like to order a rabbit or four, and I really want special colours, so this is very good news.

I think their resin quality is really nice! And they are super posers, at least my Ruby with his 21cm body is . My best friend has Pipos dolls and she always is amazed how well my Ruby poses xD.

Yeah Ruby definitely out-poses Pipos...I have friends who claim bunnies can't even sit, they just fall over. All they've had are pipos buns. Ruby can sit, stand, do stuff...so can my off topic TMP Floppy for that matter. It amazes me because Ruby's cute little feets are so small!! I was sure she'd never stand, but she did, right out of the box <3

Hello everyone! I just got my beautiful little Ruby some time ago.



I originally regretted getting her in the normal skin, but after some playing with her, I am glad that I have her in this beautiful colour!

For those who have Ruby or any other of the animals really, do you find that their little tail gets in the way oftheir clothes? Can I remove this tail safely without jeopardising any of her other limbs?

I placed my order of my Wakeup Ruby this past monday on the new Cocotribe site, I ordered her in the basic Snow Skin, but just two days later they posted a photo in their FB and Flickr showing their new color Beauty White and I loved it, so I asked if I could change my order to that color, and they made it without trouble. I´m super pleased and cannot wait to have my little bunny girl at home.
