What did you order? Wigs and clothes.
When did you order? 12/21/08 and 02/25/09
How was the communication? Excellent. They replied very quickly to my emails and sent emails to confirm my order, payment, and shipping.
How easy was it to pay? Easy, I used Paypal.
How long did it take to ship? I went with the cheapest option, so two weeks by Air Mail.
Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, especially for the synthetic wigs.
Did the item look like the sales pictures? Not exactly, the wigs pictured are heavily styled and trimmed. Also, the color of the fur wigs is a bit different in person.
Were you satisfied with the product? Yes, except for the fur wigs, they were not my taste; they were too long, and the color was not what I thought it would be.

How was the communication? Really great.
How easy was it to pay? Extremely. Via Paypal.
How long did it take to ship? There was some kind of delay because of a holiday, so they didn't send it out until 4/12! Normaly, they said it takes about 5 days to send something out though. I paid for normal post, and it got here today (4/27). It actually got here in under the 15-20 days they said normal post would take.
Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes!
Did the item look like the sales pictures? yes
Were you satisfied with the product? very much so! It was worth the wait.
If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? When I asked about the shipping and why it was late, they got back to me really quickly and explained the whole thing.

What did you order? A pair of tiny-sized shoes.
When did you order? November 20, 2009.
How was the communication? Good, I used e-mail and I had replies from Konlin usually within 48 hrs.
How easy was it to pay? Easy, Paypal.
How long did it take to ship? It was a little bit delayed 'due to bad weather' from the maker that made the shoes but I chose regular Airmail (cheapest option) and it arrived in about 10 business days.
Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes! I didn't know I would be getting socks with the shoes as well...
Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes, only the shoe zipper was white instead of being black in the photo... which I thought was much better.
