I bought a set of Fairyland LittleFee parts along with a faceplate. Brigitte was very helpful and communication was prompt. The pieces were all carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and then wrapped in paper to keep the small parts all in one section of the box; the box was then filled with more bubble wrap. (I am grateful for this as the postal service managed to smash in one of the corners of the box. >_<)
