Directly through the company

* How was the communication?
N/A since I never spoke with them

* How easy was it to pay?
Very easy. Paypal.

* How long did it take to ship?
I believe it was on the 11th or 12th. So only about 2 days after ordering. SO FAST.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes! I would've even paid full price for it but happened to be able to order during the summer event

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yup. But without the body blushing

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Very

Yes I would

Sure, don't see why not!

What did you order?
A Nobility Emotion body

* When did you order?
December 9th, 2009

* Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or dealer?
Directly through the company

* How was the communication?
The communication was AMAZING, which is the main reason I'm making a point to write this. I was sent the wrong tracking number by mistake, emailed them at 10 am my time and by the time I got home at 3 pm the same day they had emailed me back with the correct number. I was really impressed both with how nice they were and how fast they were.

* How easy was it to pay?
It was easy, I just sent it through paypal.

* How long did it take to ship?
It was sent from Korea on the 28th of December, so no time at all!

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
The body is very high quality and definitely worth the price, even if I hadn't gotten it during the christmas sale.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes, the body actually looks better in person I think!

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Very much so!! They even gave me the event gift (an adorable little pair of gloves) despite my not having requested either of the gifts like they said to/not ordering a full doll.

* Would you order from this company again?
Definitely!

* Would you buy this company's products second-hand?
I would, they're definitely worth it.
