(I've placed three orders with MimiWoo over the past two months, so I'll be reviewing the latest order only.) A sheet of 1/6 eyes decal and a male 1/3 Obitsu bust replacement part.

* When did you order?
In early May.

* Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or dealer?
Through MimiWoo's Ebay store.

* How was the communication?
There was no need for real communication. With my first two orders I received a mail informing me that they got my payment, and later on when they shipped. In my third and latest order, I only received the payment confirmation email, but there were no problems whatsoever.


* How easy was it to pay?
Easy enough, through Paypal. I've tried to buy from MimiWoo's online store but my credit card wasn't accepted for some reason or the another. I think it's my card issuer doesn't authorize the transaction (it has happened to me in the past with several Asian stores), so I'd say it's not a problem with the store or their checkout system.

* How long did it take to ship?
I'm used to Ebay sellers shipping within two days at the most, and since MimiWoo took 4-5 days with my latest order, I'd say fast enough (but not as fast as I'd like it). Also, their standard internation shipping method is rather slow; while other sellers located in Hong Kong usually take 10 days in average, all my orders from MimiWoo have taken 3-4 weeks. But other than the slow shipping, I've never had any problem with them.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes, indeed.

Can't really resolve the problem now. We ordered an item that had REGISTERED WITH TRACKING on it and Mimiwoo didn't put the tracking number on it. I doubt the money will be refunded, which it should be since it is included in the cost of the item.
Mimiwoo apologized for having no tracking, however we did not see a refund.
* Would you order from this company again?
Possibly in the faaaar future. However they don't have anything we need at the moment. I am reticent of ordering from sites that don't put tracking on packages for orders of such substantial cost.

Yes.

Poor. I asked why the shipping fees were so extravagant and got no response.
* How easy was it to pay?
eBay's integrated PayPal feature is very simple.
* How long did it take to ship?
It was not posted for 4 days, and then took 11 to arrive. Despite the fact that the shipping fees were NOT combined, even though they were all shipped in one envelope. In short, I paid over $20 -- she should have used EMS. I believe she simply posts them using the less expensive Hong Kong airmail and pockets the extra money from shipping fees.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes! I got adorable $2 sneakers which were a little cheaply made but cute. The $17 boots, though, were perfect in every detail. Just amazing. So on both ends of the spectrum, I got what I paid for.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes.

I wish the shipping had either been less expensive or much faster.

No resolution.

I would try to avoid to, in the interest of not being jacked for cash again.

Exclusively! I love their products, and if I could avoid the painful shipping ordeal of ordering directly from MimiWoo, it would be the best of both worlds!

More so! I'm very impressed. Inexpensive and great quality is not something you find often.

Yes. This is my 1st pair of doll boots, but I still think they're very nice. The material seems to be of decent quality and put together well. I thought the shipping was high until I got them; the shoes were shipped in a little shoe box of their own. Ordering through Ebay, I even got them on sale!

2 or 3 days to prepare, the shipping itself a bit longer because I live in Poland. About 10-12 days.

Yes. The quality is good and the prices relatively low. Only, it's the shipping that's expensive, and combined shipping does not save much when you buy boots. It's ~10$, and she deducts 1-2$ from every other thing you order.

Yes. Though according to my own measuring of the shoes, they are in fact a little bit smaller than stated on the site.

How was the communication? They let me know when they received my payment, but I never received a shipping notice. After a few weeks I eventually asked them for a status update and they replied promptly.

How easy was it to pay? Very easy. Paid using PayPal.

How long did it take to ship? I received the item November 16, 2009 (21 days).

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes! $2.99 for a pair of plush slippers!? What an excellent deal!
