I ordered May 30 and she shipped April 27, so just under a month.

Yes. ;__; She was beautiful, and in perfect condition. 100% worth it.

The face-up was darker than I expected it to be, but that could be because of my monitor and such.

Great!! They happily answered all the questions I shot at them through Q&A.

I had to look up their FAQ to figure out how to pay with Paypal, but then it was a snap. They confirmed payment a couple hours after.

15 business days, 20 days including weekends.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

OMG YES.

Honestly the items looked BETTER in person. Mill's promotional photos really don't do him justice~

For the most part yes! There's just a little blushing issue in the face up that's bugging me, but I know it's been done by hand so I won't complain.

Definitely. I'm already planning my next doll from them~!

* How was the communication?
I didn't need to ask any questions, but the automated emails were great. I received an order confirmation, a payment confirmation, and when my parcel shipped I got an email with a tracking number and expected delivery date.

* How easy was it to pay?
Very easy. I chose to use their credit card system, and it was entirely straightforward.

* How long did it take to ship?
It took almost exactly a month for the dolls to be made. My package was shipped out on the 22nd of April, and arrived in London on the 24th.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Both dolls are absolutely lovely, and I'm so pleased with them. Their faceups are also very beautiful. The acrylic eyes are very nice for the price - they don't look cheap at all - and the clothing all seems very well made, and fits very nicely. The only thing I wasn't overly pleased with was the wigs - the fit isn't brilliant, and they don't seem overly well made for the price.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Apart from the wigs, which don't look quite the same on the dolls as they do in the pictures, everything looked very much like the sales pictures - nicer, even.

Very much!

Pretty good. They answered questions quick enough. Only thing is I did not get an email saying they shipped my Bory or a tracking number. The only emails I recieved were when I asked a question and when they needed information for the credit card. The doll just showed up with no warning, which wasn't the best. Basically I only had payment confirmation.

Easy.

He arrived April 17th, 2009. 38 days, 28 buisness days. Within the time they promised.

Yes, the faceup is lovely and the resin quality is great. The acrylic eyes he came with are beautiful too.

Pretty much. I think his faceup looks somewhat different though.

They did not send me an e-mail confirming my payment (I think they said they were going to, but I could be wrong), but when I went on the website to check the status of my order, it said "Payment Confirmed." I guess it was to be expected, and I don't hold anything against Luts for it: They must have been very busy with their summer event. Other than that, they updated me on the status of my order the moment it was ready to be shipped, so I can't say I had any real issues with communication.

Very easy.

Exactly 22 days from when I ordered the doll and wig to the day I recieved the package. It shipped earlier than I expected!

Definitely.

Yes; though there was a very slight difference in the face-up, it's to be expected, what with it being hand-painted. You wouldn't notice it unless you really focused on the little details like I tend to do sometimes.
