Fine. I didn't need to ask them anything and I got an e-mail from them once my package had been shipped. That's all I need, really.

Fairly easy. I used PayPal which was simple but because Dollheart takes you straight to the PayPal page, it was in a foreign language. However, I went onto UK PayPal, logged in, added my item to the cart again and this time the page was in English so it was fine.

* How long did it take to ship?
I got an e-mail from Dollheart saying my item had been sent on the 28th. (Although according to the tracking number, it didn't leave Hong Kong until the 2nd of January). It arrived on the 11th of January.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yeah, the whole set is gorgeous. <3

Even better! In fact, I was originally slightly wary of the jacket that comes with the set. I didn't think it would be my boy's style but it looks so much nicer in person

Yeah, I think I would, if I ever wanted anything from them again. The only annoying thing is that my tracking number wasn't recognised by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. (It's not too annoying though. * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Oh so much so, the SSDF jacket is real leather, so are the SP boots. There were a couple of mild disappointments one was the SSDF pants were too small (as a closer evaluation of their promotional pictures you can see they are too small, around the knees the buttons won't stay snapped shut and the waist is too tight) and the fact that all the goggles with the exception of the monocle from Daniel were falling apart right out of the box (poor design, not bad if you are using them "just for looks") The socks were amazing and the quality of the shirts were outstanding.

Not as much as usually. I love Dollheart outfits and I buy from them since years. Their outfits became quite pricey, but the quality isn't always as high as it used to be.

I ordered it for my sisters kid delf and on the pictures the dress was worn by a kid delf (they also didn't mention that it's an Ani with another body) and we assumed that the dress would fit Litchi. The problem is, that Litchi can't wear this dress, because we would have to remove her hands, because otherwise she can't get her hands/arms into the sleeves.
EDIT: My sister finally managed to put Litchi into her dress.

... yes, but next time I'll be a lot more careful. Sometimes their products look fantastic, but this time I wasn't happy.

How was the communication?
It was okay. I sent a few emails confirming payment was received/checking on shipping status, and the replies were either vague or not related at all to what I asked, lol. I expect it was a translation error. As a note though my email provider (gmail) tagged the messages as possibly not being sent from the person they were claiming to be sent from. I thought this was really weird, but had no issues.

How easy was it to pay?
Easy.

How long did it take to ship?
It was a pre-order, noted to shipped in the middle of February. I panicked and the day I panicked I got my shipping notice, which was around February 20st-ish. The tracking number never worked though.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
It was stunning. The color was antique-y and not quite as a vibrant as I expected, so I loved it even more. The details were great. It was lined and there were no mismatched seams or strings hanging off. It was made of a good sturdy fabric. At first I thought it didn't include the tulle underskirt as advertised, but they simply folded it inside the dress. The underskirt does not foof it out as much as the picture though, so be warned about that (I have tons of Dollheart underskirts so this won't be an issue for me). The stocking do not match either (which again doesn't bother me, but be warned in case it bugs you) and have a brownish tinged stripe rather than pink stripes. It's absolutely gorgeous overall. I should add the shipping was ridiculous though, and I wish they would put a little boning in the corsets for how much they charge for the outfits.

Absolutely. It's absolutely gorgeous. I don't know if it will fit my girl since it isn't here yet, but I've purchased dollheart things before and always been happy with them.

Really excellent! I only found out about the Dollheart.com site being hacked after I placed my order, and since that was the site I had used, this caused me a quite a bit of alarm. I emailed the Dollheart.net site in a bit of panic, asking if they had received my order, and they replied within the hour (they were actually that fast!) to reassure me that everything was fine.

* How easy was it to pay?

Almost too easy. >.<

The package arrived on March 19th, 2012-- faster than I expected.

Definitely!

Very much. The only thing that surprised me was that the dress fabric had kind of strange, synthetic feeling to it. The zipper is a bit stubborn too, so I will have to be careful about it in the future. Otherwise, the dress is very beautiful, fits the intended doll perfectly, and can make a number of different looks with the accessories.
