* What did you order? Heart socks, bunny slippers, a head cap and a pair of boy undies - all SD size.

* How was the communication? Amazing! Very helpful.

* How easy was it to pay? Very easy... but I wish they had paypal.

* How long did it take to ship? Just arrived today!

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes! I love everything... esp the bunny slippers

* What did you order? Domuya Flexi Perennial Fin in Tan Skin

* When did you order? June 30, 2009

* Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or dealer? Doll Peddlar is a dealer for Domuya

* How was the communication? The communication was excellent! I was surprised to see the doll available on their website and called their store to speak to them in person. The lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful.

* How easy was it to pay? Waaaay too easy!

* How long did it take to ship? They shipped through UPS and it arrived in 3 days.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Absolutely

* Did the item look like the sales pictures? They did not have any photos of the tan skin on their website, but this was clearly posted on the site and also communicated over the phone when I spoke with an employee.

* Were you satisfied with the product? She is truly a stunning doll!

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? N/A

I have actually visited this doll shop in person! I was visiting family and had the opportunity to drop by The Doll Peddlar. They were very nice and very patient as I spent way too much time pawing through boxes of wigs and eyes and shoes. It was the first time I had the opportunity to look at accessories for my BJD's in person rather than online. They opened up brand new limited edition dolls they had just received that were still in their boxes so that I could take a peek. They took dolls out of cases. They were great!

i have ordered numerous times from doll peddlar in arkansas. i love dealing with them. i have found that they will go the 'extra mile' to please me by telling where i can indeed purchase something if they do not carry it or by special ordering something for me if it is an item which they can get. i have never had a problem of any kind with them.

i do find their website to be tedious but worth 'working through'. whatever is on the website has always been 'in stock'. i would say: do not hesitate to buy from them.

* How was the communication? Great! Every question I had was answered and they always sent a response to my e-mail really fast (in the same day or the next). I even asked for a favor and they didn't mind doing it.

* How easy was it to pay? Very easy: I payed with visa and the money was only taken from me when the order was ready to be sent.

* How long did it take to ship? 2 days.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes very. I bought some sale items so I think it was a very good opportunity.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Everything looked better in person!
