      Pretty fast. Mostly I've got my answers at the Q&A in the same or next day tops. The only problem were the vague answers. :(

      Pretty easy. They have the "personal payment" which is their system to split payments. I've paid hlf of the value by credit card and the other half by Paypal

      3 months and a week T-T But I can't blame them much since ir was a limited version and there were also 2 sale events right after I bought him.

      Totally! Actually the price was really cheap considering it was a limited version with 2 sets of clothing + shoes. Hard not to buy it.

      Yes :)

      Definitely! I can't stop staring at it XD There was a little issue about the shoes, but they have sent me a letter within the box saying they will ship it soon.

      they sent me someone else's doll head, I returned the head back to them and they told me that they would send out the right head, I have not received my petite ai gabriel yet and it is going on six months since the order date. they did not even give me a timeframe, but I guess that they think a six + month wait is appropriate, I do not agree.

      n/a they sent the wrong doll.

      They said they would replace the doll head, but I have not heard anthing else from them. it will have been six months next week since the orginal order was placed.

      Yes.

      Not quite. They said my Hyun would be released with the first type body as pictured, but it came with the second type body, which I don't care for at all.

      Not entirely.

      I've inquired about the body mixup but have yet to receive an answer.

      December 14th; arrived today, May 18th.

      * How was the communication?
      HORRIBLE. If they even replied at all, it was with generic message that didn't even address the issue. And each time they would say, "we will ship __", which they never did. Very bad.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Forever. Once it was shipped it only took a couple days, but the waiting time before was ridiculous for a regular, not limited stock doll.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      NO. I am highly disappointed. The resin is terrible. The face espiecally -- I can't even do a face up yet because I'm going to have to sand the ENTIRE THING. Her face is like gritty paperclay almost; its all porous and bubbly and grainy. Her seams are rough and jagged, which need to also be sanded. There are resin clumps in her joints. Also, some how, her right leg is slightly longer than her left.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes, her sculpt does. But like I said, there are imperfections on her.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      No. It took forever to get here, and even if it WAS a sale item, the quality is ... really bad.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      Im not going to even bother contacting the company about it, since alot of others who have contacted them about the same problems have not had any response or had their problems ignored.

      * Would you order from this company again?
      No.

      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand?
      Only if I knew it was produced before 2009, and only if it was something I really wanted. Otherwise, probably not.

      I ordered during a 50% off sale, but even so I do not feel the quality was worth the price, all things considered.​

      Overall, yes.​

      Not completely. There are stains all over the doll, the seams are jagged and uneven, many extra resin blotches cover him as well as deep chips, the head cap will not stay on if you move him even slightly, and the right leg knee isn't simply kicky, it's misshapen and doesn't fit together at all. However, the face sculpt is adorable, and with a little work on my part (or a lot) he will be a great doll. So 2 out of 5.​

      Nothing. I sent them a complaint about his general condition along with photos, but based on previous experience with them answering my messages, I doubt they'll even have a reply, let alone offer to help fix anything.​

      I posted on the Q&A three times and each time received a reply within 24 hours, although the responses were largely generic.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy, although their site does not directly link to paypal, you have to do the paypal transaction separately.

      5 months and 2 weeks.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes, the doll is lovely. The resin is nice, she poses well and the face-up is beautifully done.

      Absolutely - she is adorable.

      Yes, I probably would. My only complaint is that the wait was so long but other than that I'm really happy.

      kept repleing with quite stupid excuses and no clear answeres to questions.

      No,
      even if it was a 50% of sale.
      It wasn't worth it. The dolls are pretty yes,
      but they all have large pieces of resin i had to take off myself.
      Which i had to buy special goods for and spend hours on.
      The time vs costs ...i must say must be equal to the 50% i didn't pay.

      The one doll that didnt have these badly finished resin chuncks
      was yellowed and so i suspect they send a old doll they still had laying around somewhere.

      The Hani yes, the other dolls not.
      Because their faces had pieces of resin on places where they shouldn't be.

      Not at all,
      if it wasn't 50% sale i would have demanded a partial refund trough paypal.

      No and i would warn anyone who wants too,
      they offer you great service..that isn't there.

      Besides the 50% off isn't 50% off at all.
      The korean won is simply so low that the usd price is 50% higher then their original korean prices...
      so they make huge profit here for now extra costs on the english website.

      Probably not from any of the 50% sale orders.
      Because they will have al sorts of defects that need to be cleaned up.

      No on the first Uri, she had excess resin chunks on her forehaed and hands, it was not even an event period, I paid full price and had to repair a brand new doll.

      Mostly yes on the Sunny, no defects, BUT she had very large seam lines during a non event period at full price.

      No on the Raffy, her elbows to not fit together propery (very noticable compared to the other 3 dolls), her arms will not stay in an unbent position. No idea how to fix this problem...

      Yes on the Gaby, Aside from some large seam lines she has no defects, during an event period.

      Aside from chunks or resin on Uri, yes.

      Fully satisfied with only 1 doll out of 4, not good.

      I was told I could return dolls I was not satisfied with, but I would be at the end of the waiting list to receive replacements. I chose not to send anything back, waiting another 5 months is not acceptable.

      Never

      Only if they were proven defect free.

      Yes because the dolls were half price, but I would not have been happy with that quality if I'd paid full price.

      They don't have blank ones, so hard to say, but I think the eye shapes were all right.

      Overall I was neutral.

      I would, but only if I saw a limited I like as I bought a limited Bisou on the Marketplace and she is gorgeous.

      Well, it was 50% off, but they were lazy with sanding certain places. The seams are almost dangerously sharp on the thighs and his left eye socket is pretty rough.

      I didn't order him with a face-up, so it's kinda hard to tell.

      Since the sales notice on the website said the sale dolls would start shipping in Feb, I was pleased to see the dolls actually begin shipping then, and shocked when my doll arrived so quickly on April 15. (4 months for a limited doll is decent)

      Absolutely. It would have been worth the full price, and was ordered at the 50% off sale!

      Good. I'm a very patient person and usually do not contact companies unless the delay is really huge. They did reply quickly the one time I inquired about my order, although their shipping date estimate was way off.

      Easy as cake with Paypal.

      My order was sent on June 25th, 2009. Yes, that's almost a 6 months wait.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      One of the dolls had a small spot of dirt on the face (fortunately, it was not the make-up'ed one), that looks easily removable with a sponge. Otherwise, no issue to be noted.

      Definitely.

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      I was, especially since they were offered at 50% their regular price!

      Great at first, horrible during the middle, and good at the end. I think CH just got overloaded with orders and problems and then when everyone started to get angry because of lack of updates, they just didn't know what to do.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Pretty easy. Did it with a cc on their website

      How long did it take to ship?
      I waited 6 months & two weeks. A total of 186 days

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Definitely! Sia is perfect! She does have some seam lines, but my CH Haute Doll Choa does as well. The resin has a beautiful texture to it that is more natural than the smooth feel my other CHs have. She poses perfectly and CH also gave me two free gorgeous SD wigs for her as a gift for waiting patiently.

      Better than the website pictures

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      Extremely so. Since she was also 50%, I was very happy with the doll

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? For the most part, yes. Although You can't see from the sales pictures that the sculpt has an open mouth.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Yes and no. I really like the sculpt, but I was not happy about the resin or make-up condition, especially considering how long it took to actually get the doll.
