Oh wow! Well if they said it's cool with you then I'm just going to flat out ask to buy one. I've always wanted the Xiao Chi. His face is exactly how I draw him LOL!! I've requested that they add this information in their Q&A section as to avoid the overflow of the same question but I'm happy you replied $abbatha!

I don't know about you guys but I'm having a really tough time with these guys.
They keep promising me that they'll ship out my product (I ordered the Xiao Chi head instead because they pretty much talked me out of the set)
They haven't shipped it out, or replying to my messages. I'll be filing a paypal case with them in two weeks if this keeps up. I feel cheated and scammed. I feel like they took my money and ran.
Do they treat their customers like this regularly? I just want some other opinions to help make me feel like I chose the right company here.
EDIT: Ok... just read more of Shae's posts here. It seems they just take forever to finish things. I'd be fine with all of this if they didn't keep promising me a date, you know? Just do what you gotta do. I'm an artist too. I know it takes a while to complete things. Don't promise me a date that you can't commit to.

Urgh these guys are driving me nuts. They've told me the reason they haven't shipped my item was because my address is incorrect. It's a verified Paypal address. They asked me to reply in haste. I did. Then nothing. So if nothing is resolved and they don't report back to me by the 16th, that's giving them 30 days to send it, I'm filing a Paypal dispute.
All this for just a head and they promised me, once I paid for it, that I would receive it in two weeks. Two weeks passed, I emailed them. Then they said 2 days. 2 Days passed and I gave them an extra day. They tell me my address is incorrect 5 days later. I emailed them about it. Nothing.
These guys are more of a hassle then any other company and you can be sure, despite how lovely their dolls are, I will not be buying from this company again.
