Latidoll White dolls Discussion part 1

Sweet Lati Whites, so tiny and perfect. Does anyone have a guess on when Lati will be accepting orders for them? I have a Special White but must have a little wee sister for her.

Latidoll only opens orders about 4 times a year, and they rotate between what is available. Lati Yellows sell really well for them, so they tend to sell them a lot.

I wanted to share some new shoes I found that fit Lati Whites. The really tiny Strawberry Shortcakes made by Hasbro usually do not have separate shoes. The Sun-Loving' Beach pack with Orange Blossom and Plum Puddin comes with two pairs of sandals that fit. They are a very tight fit and I had to work to get them on, but once on my girl could stand in them.

Dollightful: I love the Yellows, too, but I couldn't resist these little ones either. I have two Yellows, a White SP, and my new White Belle on the way. She should be here tomorrow according to the tracking. I can hardly wait!!! I think that will complete my Lati family for now. I don't plan on buying anymore. I just want to enjoy the girls I have. Oh, I love your signature--I got it all. Your girls are gorgeous!

So I am still very new to Latis, so when Lati offer their dolls for sale in the next week or so, will they only offer certain sculpts? Or will all of the basic sculpts be available?

Lati opens the order period on the 15th March and all Lati White basic sculpts will be available.

Now, if someone can give me an idea of what shipping costs are from there to the states, I'd be grateful. I've only ordered from Denver Doll and bought *used* *pre loved* dolls before. Is shipping doubled if 2 dolls are sent?

margikins: I've never ordered directly from Lati, but I know if you go thru the whole order process except for hitting the "Order" button, you will be able to find out what the shipping will be. It does vary on where you live and what you order. For instance, Lati was going to charge me $28 EMS shipping for a $25 wig, so I backed out. It's more equitable if you order a wig with a doll, though. I hope that helps.


I got my new Lati White Special Version Belle in last week, and I finally got to take some pics of her yesterday. She is so cute and tiny! I just love her!

Thank you Lisa's Dream Dolls, that is very helpful. I can't check until the order period opens for the basic dolls, but I sure will on Friday! I love that Belle face. I think it's my favorite. I know I love my little Sp Belle.

margikins: You are very welcome! That's true because shipping for the Yellows is probably different--but maybe not. I would say that shipping for one doll is going to be anywhere from $40 to $60, depending upon what Lati charges. EMS is great, but quite expensive. I recently ordered a Soom Nappy Choo, and shipping from Korea to here in the U.S. was $43.00. She's not quite as small as a Lati White, but she's fairly close--a good estimate anyway. Thank you for your comment on my Belle. Yes, Belles' do have sweet little faces. I'd like to see a pic of your SP Belle. You'll have to post a pic on the White SP thread soon.

My daughter and I received our LaTi white Belle a couple of weeks ago. She's simply lovely, but the tension on her stringing is incredibly wonky!!! Her poor little left arm and hand are all but dangling, while her little legs are sooooo tight that if you try to straighten one out, the other tries to viciously kick you! She came with some illustrated instructions which include a rather poor English translation, but I just can't make sense out of these instructions and so desperately need to restring this tiny one. Can anyone here point me in the right direction?

Hello everyone, newbie here too. But I am soooo excited that I really want to share this with other Lati white lovers: my first lai white has a shipping notice!! i ordered may 23 a lati with pury whith premium make up...I am so excited she will be here in a few weeks!!!

Rgcainmd If you look at this thread http://www.denofangels.com/forums/fo...mp-Maintenance you will find threads on how to restring. These tiny ones are no different than the larger bjd's with the exception that instead of s-hooks attaching the hands and feet to the arm/leg elastic they are tied on with string. For me the only tricky part was tying that string tightly enough.

You can buy the elastic for restringing in any sewing/craft store.
