Sorry to jump in here with stupid questions, but where do you guys buy shoes for your girls? As far as mini girls go, I have not had a lot, and the ones I had must have had bigger feet XD because my shoes are mostly all too big for my girl. I'm hoping for something like this (not necessarily that color but style) but I know DM will be way too big. Anyone have suggestions??

I've been getting shoes off eBay. I just ordered three pair from mimiwoo. When I get them I will have Mika model them.

Here is my very cheeky Mika. I just got her and really do love this sculpt and chunky body!! I originally gave her light green eyes and a carrot wig. But she said "no". So I changed out her eyes to these brown ones and cheeky sandy blonde LeekeWorld wig. Mika is getting ready to go to the spa for a new face up.

Sorry this is probably in the wrong place or has been asked before but I searched and searched and couldn't find anything

I'm buying my incoming D.I.M girl some clothing from Dollheart and they say the clothes are made to fit Volks MSDs (I'm really not familiar with Volks dolls). Does anyone have specific measurements for the Volks MSD girls please or Dollheart MSD clothing?

Hi everyone, i was checking out the hybrid page but no one has put a volks head on a tinyfairy body. i did post the question there but thought i'll post it here too as i think more people read this thread.

If anyone has any information if a volks msd head would fit and the colour comparison of normal skin, please let me know! =)

Hi pinkburrow,

The very old BlueFairy Tiny Fairy bodies used to fit/match with Volks Msd Pureskin and old skin. However the old owners hybrid photos are not up anymore.

BlueFairy changed it's resin color years ago and the newer color doesn't match with Volks anymore. BlueFairy resin is much more pink than Volks.

I guess I forgot to share this on the MSD thread, but I've paired up Tookie (F-21) with William (SDC Miko on Ko Tenshi body):

Usually SDC heads are much smaller than MSD heads and look a slight bit off together (as in part of 2 different age groups). The Miko sculpt however works very nicely with my other Volks MSDs in my opinion.

Looks like Msd F-29 has optional ears.

Thank you She's actually not new though. In fact she's been here since 07. 06. XD I was just very bad at face ups back then and didn't have the heart to wipe and redo her till now.

Does that mean she was cast in July of 2006? I think the RE means she was the Renewal, right?

I think your girl was cast in 2007. The year comes first, then the month.

Does she have a magnet in her head cap? That one was 2008. There were several Myu kits. But not sure of the years.

The first one was old skin/old body, the next one pure skin/new body, then the renewal kit with magnet and UV protect.

2007 sounds right She has a big ol' elastic in her head. I can never get it the way it's supposed to be, actually. I wish she had magnets. Magnets I understand. I believe she's pure skin?

I'm nutty about keeping records of these things and I can't believe I didn't write it down when I got her. I was so excited building her I'm really glad she was my first doll because of that. I learned to string her and whatnots, did her face up, etc.

Right now Msd F-29 is SATo only.

But msd F-24 and Msd F-28 look to be going to Sumika.

So anyway. Many years back I purchased my very first BJD. A Volks F-11 Nasia with large elf ears in NS. I strayed away from the BJD world and sold her off to someone in Canada. Now I could kick myself. So now I'm finding myself back. The search was on to find my F-11 elf girl. But low and behold. F-11 white resin Nasia with the Dolfin ears showed up. I grabbed her.
