I bought a Dollga Noella (+2 wigs) from ZombChan and this doll just... there are absolutely no words to describe how beautiful she is. I am so incredibly pleased with her! Her face is just gorgeous, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that she came with eyes too. I wasn't expecting that at all!
ZombChan really went the extra mile - with shipping so quickly and with packaging her so well. When I opened the box I knew there was no way anything could be wrong with her. She was very carefully wrapped in bubble wrap - hands, feed, head, and then the body - and the outer box was filled with air packets to secure. ZombChan really took extra care to make sure that everything was well-packaged and in order.
I would highly recommend this seller to anyone and everyone who is considering buying something from her. She is always prompt and great about communication, and she is extremely accomodating. I am really going to enjoy this new doll of mine! Thank you so much, ZombChan! ~

I participated in a GO that ZombChan ran for Fairyland and ordered a neckpiece. The GO went smoothly at first and we were kept updated on the progress which everything was shipped really fast by Fairyland. Then life intervened for ZombChan and the GO hit a few rough spots. We waited longer than we expected to get out stuff shipped after it had arrived. But finally ZombChan came through, shipped everything out, not charging us for the shipping from her to us because of the lateness on her end . My item arrived very fast, packaged well. Thank you.

I also participated in ZombChan's Fairyland group order. Although there were communication problems and delays, my item did arrive well packed and very quickly, once it was sent. Because of the delay in shipping, ZombChan paid the shipping cost, which I appreciated.
