I traded my Angel Elf Soo head with Kokoro-chan for her Lishe head and the transaction was fast and communication was constant. There was a hiccup with USPS sending my head back to me because they "could not read the shipping address" >_> but I shipped her back out and she arrived safely.

I bought an Elfdoll body from Kokoro-Chan, she has been great at communicating and letting me know how things were going. Careful shipper, the body came wrapped very carefully, in good shape. She went to extra trouble to make sure I got the body's other set of hands, plus an extra little denim overall skirt to wrap them in. Would recommend to friends and would buy again happily from her!

Ethan did however arrive to me with three broken fingers! However, once I told Kokoro-chan of this, she was nothing but apologetic and kindly sincere. She refunded me the amount for a set of hands.

I would absolutly buy from her again due to her caring nature and the fact that she is HIGHLY responsible. Not many people would have been as understanding and apologetic. This transaction had the potential to be sour for both of us... but Kokoro-chan handled it extremely well and has earned my respect and gratitude.
