How long was shipping time; did it take more/less time than they said? It came immediately. Within a week I had a shipping notice and at the end of the second week I had the item. It literally only took 17 days, this is the shortest time I've ever had to wait for a doll.
How was the packaging? Good. The hands were nicely wrapped and he came securely with bubble wrap and pillows.
