Susi just bought a Sophie head from me. She paid instantly and maintained excellent communication with me. Unfortunately, the head arrived with damaged face paint, which I feel sick about. Susi was very kind and polite about notifying me and included excellent detailed pictures of the damaged face up. I couldn't ask more from a customer, especially in the face of a disappointment. I hope I can make it up to her and highly recommend her as someone with whom to do business. Sorry again, Susi!
