She is so cute! But I have a hard time with their site...I clicked on what I wanted for her and they showed (I think) another $230 for the extras I wanted but is that ALSO with the Doll price of $300 to $360 ?

I am so excited! I completely fell in love with this girl, and on another dolly site I am on (Dairyland Bjd's) there was a group order where the hosts were fine with people ordering dolls! We ordered in the time frame to get the event head of "Que" as well.
Zhi Yu is going to be my 1st girl doll!I am doing a layaway with the people from the GO (I couldn't make the terms of Angell Studio) and I will probably see her home about May, I think anyway!
I am also getting a body for an AS 2009 event head I bought from a doll owner about a month ago too, so really I have TWO girls coming home soon!
So far, I am renaming Zhi Yu "Neeshyo" which means sunshine or sunlight in Japanese (I am told anyway) and she is going to be a teenage singing star from Japan and cousin to my KyKadian!
Can't wait to spoil her!
I asked AS about her name "Zhi Yu" and the meaning behind it, and they told me to find the story of the Cowheard and the Weaving Girl. That story is so lovely!

I am completely in love with my new girl Endi (AS Vera). I find her irresistable
Err... regarding the yellowing of the french resin..... I'm not too sure how relevant my girl (AS Vera) is because she's 3 years old now. AS may have changed their resin (they did revamp the entire female body)
I bought it second hand from an owner who requested it to be made in urethane at the time of her purchase. Somehow, I think AS may have given her the shorter end of the deal and made the doll's body in urethane but her head still in french resin. My Vera's head is a whole lot yellower than her body now. The differences are pretty visible BUT her colours turn out pretty fine in photos D:

You can see a subtle difference in some of those photos, but even more amazing is the fact that, alone in photos, she doesn't look as yellow as she does IRL .-. The yellowness is more visible when she's with others, but again, it looks acceptable in photos xD;

Hope it helps whomever who is worried about the french resin.
I knew about the whole French resin issue when I bought my Milk Leira... but I couldn't pass her up since she was my dream doll. I love everything else about her; however, she practically never leaves my room because I'm too scared to take her outside.

Hi everyone!
I've recently ordered a new doll from AS, and I've asked a few questions regarding some issues that were reported here on the forum previously (sometimes a few years ago).
They were very concerned with my question and asked me to conduct a small search on the matter. They want to have everyone's opinion on the different matters!
So far I've seen lots of issues with yellowing, some dolls that were stinged way too tightly and strings snapping often. Is there anyone who has had these problems recently with their doll? They would really want to hear about customers! ^^at last about the elastic string..i don't know if you refer this??

The items we have sold for a long time..emm,i did not received any complain at the moment. but still thank you so much for tell us the advise.
er,but as i get the answer from our factory,
the elastic string got none problem~~ >__<
the only problem i know for the moment is about our joint hands of old version.
We get complain that the elastic strings of our joint hands are not very strong,
we stopped to sell the old version joint hands at once,and work out new ones.
we improved the joint hands with it's elastic strings and the finger shape. =)
and release the new version until we make sure the quality is steady. :3
we also hold the promotion of the old hands joint hands buyer to buy the new joint hands with discount.
Anyway,for the problem,if you don't min could you pls help us collect more info.??
i'll submite the info. to our factory,and to see what's the main problem?
and if it is real. ^__^i'll sure ask our factory to make more improvements.
We truely need customers' advises and need to know customer's thoughts.

I just received my Que SP and I am amazed at the quality. She is truly lovely and she poses like a dream. I am very impressed with Angel Studio and I will be buying more of their dolls.
I started out looking at the dessert themed dolls, and now am interested in the Kid size Gus - does anyone own one or one of their other kid size females and could post photos? Would like to know opinion their quality. thanks
