Does anyone know how the Leeke body compares to a Littlefee? I tried to find some photos and discussions but didn't come across any. I have a Honey with the 1st body. Is the Leeke 3rd body all that different?

From what I've read, Fairyland and Leeke resins don't match.

They are a bit similar but i bought a little fee pair of underwear for my girl and they don't fit at all. I think the LFs have a 12 cm butt and the Leekes have a 14cm. Just two cm makes a huge differnce. I also think the LFs are just a tad smaller (like 1cm). But the body other than the butt has to be the same size b/c i bought an outfit and it's suposed to fit both LF and leeke and it fits my girl fine (the pics of the clothes were on an LF actually). The little fee feet i think are 3.8cm and the leekes are 4.0cm. Despite what leeks site says this is what my 3rd body measures. So i'm sure they wear the same shoes. But I don't really know much more than that about the comparisons. I haven't yet put my doll right next to a LF.
Oh and the Leeke 1 and 3 have the same measurements just the joints are different.
I have a tiny head from Leeke, and I just love her tiny face! I put it on Minoruworld Leila body and fits well.Leeke Tiny Head (also posted pics in the pic request forum & the Leeke data base)
The face-up is default & the eyes are 14mm from another doll
I bought a Bambicrony body for her, but the peach puff does not match. I think it looks to peachy for the head. The head is lighter & I would like a better match. I am afraid to buy another bami body in flora white in case it doesn't match either. Any suggestions? Thanks

Silentstardust, thanks for the info! That's super helpful! I have a Leeke and really want to get a Littlefee next but was curious about their sizes. I make clothes so it's nice to have dolls that are similar in size.

Sharing a dress made for a friend today. Modelling it is my Valerie. She's a Leeke Vanilla head on a littlefee body. You can't see the color difference much here but it's quite a difference IRL. Head or body must be blushed to match...Else it's a perfect match proportion wise with Littlefee body :3

I can see a difference but i'm sure it's a lot more obvious irl. BTW the dress is so cute and look very well made.
Pokebattles - I love to look at pictures of your Valerie! There is really too few Leeke D pic spam around these days *sigh*. I can see the resin difference, but it looks quite realistic. When I use make-up, I look the same: pale face, peach colored skin on arms & legs ^^.
I really hope that Leeke releases a Pumpkin in ws soon (they promised to me ^^)! My heart is aching to get one!

babyelf: yes there should be more leeke babies. I adore pumpkin too! Leeke D head sculpts are super cute...I'm considering to send Valerie to a face-up artist to blush the head and redo the face-up. I really love her default face-up so I'm not sure how this is going to be done though..since face-up artists have their own style.

Yes, here she is next to Misty rose skin Minoruworld Ellie. I've got the normal skin body for Leeke Tiny head, which is slightly darker than the head. Still a very close match.
Hello, to everyone to this thread.
I received last week my leeke D body 2nd type and I must say I am rather dissapointed of the hands. I do not know if anyone here has noticed the assymetry in their length comparing to the arm length (I read all the pages of this thread but could not find anything about it). The hand measures approx. 4,3 cm while the arm (from the shoulder) is around 8cm! I have already wrote to the company asking if there was a wrong attachment or if they just do it that way and I shall let you know their answer.
I wanted that body for a long of time for my petite ai CH arrival but now I think not only the resin will not match but also the hands (although great in detail and realism) are not what I expected for. They seem so grotesque to me.
Does anybody have an idea about it?

Hi peoples! I'm kind of amazed I never thought to even look for this thread but I do have a Leeke D I absolutely adore (and spoil to death). He's a Bebe hybrid on a LTF body <3 (dollecstasy ~ one of the reasons I hybridized him was to get rid of the Leeke hands. I'm not a fan either and couldn't buy new ones due to the resin color change...I have the old color)
I actually came looking for this thread so I figure out about what age everyones Leeke Ds were supposed to be. Mine is a toddler around 2, but sometimes I'm not sure he pulls that off XD
I guess it's ok to share pics?
VampireAngel13 - He looks about 4 to me actually. I think the LF body makes him look younger though. Mines 78 going on 7. She's immortal but I think she looks somewhere between 5-7.
VampireAngel13 - Your bebe looks great on the LTF body. My Joy boy's head didn't look as nice on LTF body. Speaking of hands, are these the spread hands? My boy is on 2nd body and the default hands are just too mature. In the end, I had to order another pair to make him look appropriate for his age. He is around 8 yrs old or a little bit older depending on how I dress him. My Honey is around 6 and she's got the spread hands which I find cute except when dressing her.

silentstardust ~ yeah, after I put him on the LTF body and gave him new hair I think he grew up XD He just can't pull off the two year old anymore D:
He did lose weight after getting the new body...none of his clothes fit and I had to start getting all new ones....
reggie ~ Thanks, mine actually matches almost perfect. Even IRL you can't tell at all! But the older Leeke is so dark and peachier than the new...he might be a tiny bit pinker but I used so much pink blush on him you can't tell its the resin XD
I had the default hands not the spread hands. I loved the spread hands but thanks to the color diff I couldn't order any! I would have gotten the new resin color (new a year ago...I got my head in early 2009 new from new leeke with a Peanut. They were supposed to share a body but thanks to the color change there was no way it would have worked, the Peanut was the new color and totally different.) I finally did separate the fingers on the hands I had and it helped a little, but I still thought the same thing you did, they were way too mature for a little kid. The LTF hands are great, he sucks his thumb now X3
I just got my question answered by Leeke about the possibility to order Leeke D Pumpkin in snow skin and I thought I should spread the news:
Leeke is doing an event from 7th July to 8th August where you can order all Leeke D dolls (and I think also other sizes) in snow skin.
I'm quite excited about that! I always wanted a Pumpkin in snow skin!! ^^
