Okay...another pic of Ember. She is now wearing the full set of clothes. I love her to death. She is sooooooo cute. I am surprised how much I like her. I definitely like her better with 16mm eyes.
Love her in this outfit too. Now if only the doll the outfit came in was so nice. Oh well, at least I got an outfit out of it....LOL

Hmmm, not sure. She's going to be in her wings most of the time so I want something fairy like but not in a dress. Not sure how that will then translate when I put her in normal clothes. I may try and commission something when I can find some inspiration!

The Entaurs are so adorable! With those long legs they look like little fillies! I love them, but I also didn't buy one. It would have been a definite impulse buy. I'm looking forward to the manly looking Croom Ent they had drawings of in the Kiel Ent page, though! I hope they do it justice!

But I have a question for all of you ent owners. Where do you have the knots for the elastic? This Ent was bought second hand and she came to me with the knot from her body elastic in her head (not her arm elastic), and it drove me insane because it limited her head movements. So when I put her back together when the tat was done, I couldn't get the knot high enough in her torso, so now her legs bow out, instead! Any ideas?
Thanks, Elsii, I'm glad you like her!! As for the knots, I guess I'll have to try again. I just left her as is for the moment because I was frustrated and didn't want to damage her tattoo any more than I had to. XD
Introducing Josephine Pember my Leekeworld Soda Ent
I finally found some time and desire to get her done.
Name History:
I wanted to keep with the Soda theme so i decided to do a combo. Named after Joseph Priestly, the first person To add carbon dioxide to water; and John Pemberton the founder of my favorite soft drink, Coca-Cola.
Details:
Chalk pastels in pinks and browns.
Black acrylic pencil
All sealed with UV MSC
UV Gloss Varnished the lips
Then applied my Opalescent Porous Skin Technique for a real-skin quality. (you can't really tell so much in this picture, but you really can see it on the lips. And eye lids
Sanded the seams off her body, blushed, and a little bit of a mani-pedi. All sealed with UV MSC and then my Opalesecnt Skin Technique was applied
Definitely in the torso. I had the same problem knot when Lorelei came home. Her head just leaned to the right due to the knot in her head, so I restrung her with better string to have the knot in her torso by looping the string before the restring and figuring out the placement of the knot. I had to play with the string long to keep the knot where I wanted it for 45 minutes though by playing the strings with my hands. Just keep playing with the knot until it's where you want it.
