Air comissioned me to make some tops. Sadly, I messed up one of the two tops from the order by getting the colour of the fabric and the style of top wrong. Air was very understanding of this and kindly waited an extra day to see if I had any alternative fabrics. She was constantly polite and friendly, throughout the whole transaction. As way of an apology I gave a full refund for my mistakes. I'd recommend Air as a buyer, she paid promptly, great communication the whole time.
