Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. Dream of Doll mini Wig sizes

    1. Hi all I was just on the DoD website looking for head measurements to order some wigs.

      It look like they take 6-7 inch wigs, but I swear I remember reading somewhere that they were 7-8 inchers.

      Does anyone know what size wigs they take?

      My DOC Elf Petsha wears a 6-7" wig (actually it's 6-6.5" but 6-7" fits her, too). 7-8" is far too big for her.

      I think some of the boys have slightly bigger heads and can wear 7-8" fine, though. What sculpt are you shopping for?

    4. All awesome dolls, [MENTION=52519]Taliesus[/MENTION]. I'm pretty sure Doll Leaves minis wear 7-8" wigs (I know my Doll Leaves Blue does). As far as DOC Tender Too & Bee-A, there were a few chilling in the database wearing 7-8", too. If 7-8" is too loose you could always put a rubber band and/or silicone wig cap underneath it.

    5. Thanks. I've been way to busy and way to broke to keep up with the hobby but things are better now and I figured I'd start with some wigs and couldn't remember what sizes I needed. Lol.

    7. My DoC boy Alistair can wear both 6-7 and 7-8, but both are a little quirky. 6-7 wigs are tight and require a lot of tugging to get into place, while 7-8 wigs require use of a wig cap. The only exception I have to this rule is my sole wig with a hard wig cap; it is too small to fit over the wig cap, but doesn't really need it as the fit is almost perfect. I say almost because the wig does slide around a little. But if you're in doubt, my vote is for 7-8 wigs with the rubber wig cap worn underneath.
