1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Planetdoll honey 22cm

Aug 22, 2015

1. My first doll is this sweet little planetdoll 22cm mong mong. Still a work in progress, but I hope to have her done soon! She's been dubbed "bubblegum" by my daughter.
Has anyone else picked up on of these tiny little cuties?

2. Love these little darlings!! I have a mermaid mongmong named Joon! :)

3. Yay! So glad I'm not the only one! Is yours easy to pose? Mine is most definitely not. She doesn't stand, and falls backward when I try and get her to sit. :/

4. Joon's not too easy to pose either. It's mainly her arms though, but some wiring will fix that. Otherwise the little stinker slaps down on whatever. XD
Joon has no torso joint at all (she was originally ordered with a "b type" torso), so she has some trouble sitting upright/ can never bow. It isn't that bad though, because she looks more smooth when being an unclothed mermaid. Getting her to sit or stand is a bit tricky with a tail, it just takes a bit of time to get it right.

Atomiczombiephd Do you have any pics of Bubblegum?! :)

5. I'll try and upload one to link. :) I need to try wiring- her arms are terrible. They have two poses, up, and locked.

6. Yay! Looking forward to it! Bit surprised others haven't shared their little darlings here yet!

7. [IMG] Quick pic! She's been renamed " Aera."

8. Aera's lovely!! Very mysterious as well!! :D

9. I have an incoming Planetdoll Honey Mong Mong in tan skin human and I can't wait until she arrives. I am looking at wigs and eyes right now. Can you tell me what size eyes you have in yours @ Advntr.gal @ Atomiczombiephd

10. Hey, where did you get your mermaid tail?

11. Thanks :) 8mm. It is really hard to find clothing that will fit them!

12. Planetdoll used to offer most of the Honey line with a mermaid tail. They also had clothes, shoes and wigs for them. I don't know why they stopped. :pout:

13. I'd love a honey mermaid!

14. Sorry for the late response! >.<;
Some Joon spam to make up for it? Heh ^^;

Reslie- I use 8mm glass eyes. Plastic ones I've ordered in 8mm somehow were too tiny. O.o
Atomiczombiephd- Planetdoll used to have Honey Mermaids as a regular line of dolls. MongMong, BongBong, and ChiChi were the mermaid head sculpt options.
There was nothing from the company that they were ever going to stop making them, along with about half of their other sculpts. The mermaids were up for two years, and then vanished from sales. I know, bummer. Would have loved to have eventually bought a sister for Joon with an orange tail! >.>
