Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. I have traded with Rattimoth, she helped me get an issue of HauteDoll I was looking for, and sent yummy soaps as well:D When the silly postal service went and lost the original shipment, she was really helpful and offered to send her own copy of the magazine.     12. I bought a VDES head from Rattimoth. I was not informed that the head I bought had it's eyes modded open. After removing the faceup, I noticed the modding underneath was a bit incomplete and uneven and in my opinion needs some sanding.
      However the rest of the transaction (shipping, packaging) was perfect, and Rattimoth even included a free wig, eyes and some clothing.

      I didn't ask for a refund, but I feel Rattimoth should have informed me clearly about the eye opening mod before selling me the head.
      I emailed Rattimoth politely to ask why she didn't tell me anything about it. I waited over a week and Rattimoth hasn't replied to me since.

      I feel I paid about the right price for this head and was pleased with the free extras Rattimoth included, but not informing me about the mod and not replying to my email afterwards makes me feel that the seller might not be %100 honest.

    14. purchased some 70cm sized things for my Bella.. What a lovely person Rattimoth is she even included some lovely perfumed soap. that smelled wonderful when I opened the package.. not to mention the parcel arrived lightning fast

      Would highly recommend this lovely seller and buy from again anytime

    17. I bought a Celestyn head from Rattimoth. Lovely to deal with, she kept me updated with progress and even let me do a short layaway as i was going on holiday. Appologised for delay in letting me know she had shipped (but thats ok as it was a family medical emergency). Well packaged and smelling lovely thanks to the free gift of hand made soap (i had to stop my fella from trying to eat it).

    18. I bought the Body that use to go with the head that Rushlight bought. My part went on layaway and Rattimoth was really good with answering pms for the first few months of the transaction despite a few family things that came up.

      Once the Body was paid off I asked her for the shipping quote. I didn't hear anything back for about 5 days, once the shipping was paid I again lost contact with her but she says that was because of the upgrade to the site. her browser was not working well with it and thus she couldn't read her pms

      So i emailed her and was told 13th that she was on her way to the post office and would have shipping numbers to be as soon as she got back.

      nothing for 10days, and DoA showed she had at least tried to log in a few times so I can be positive she was online.

      the 21st opened a paging thread, I found she had not send Rushlight shipping info either despite a number of pms asking for them. The 22nd emailed to say if i didn't hear back from her by the 23rd i would be filing a paypal suit.

      I got a response in about an hour with all the info I needed. body was shipped out the [/b]15th[/b]

      Body arrived today, in good condition and well packed, But communication could have been better.
