NEGATIVE Feedback for wrxgal. tl;dr - joined group order, refuses to pay.

I had posted in multiple places and multiple times in my group order rules not to join if unable to pay on time. Our items are removed from 4D's regular stock and held until paid for so that we are guaranteed our items. I estimated the payment due date at the end of April.

Wrxgal joined my Vier4D order on March 28th. I replied and she emailed me back again, so she was able to get my emails.

On May 4th I emailed with the order total and payment due. I did not receive a reply or payment. Every email I sent regarding payments included my Paypal email.

May 8th I went ahead and paid 4D, including wrxgal's amount from my own funds, to get our items shipped to us.

May 11th I emailed again with the order total in case the previous email was not received.

May 14th I emailed a third time. By that time the order had arrived and I could also invoice for shipping at the same time. She did email back and I was given a zipcode so that I could estimate domestic shipping costs. I emailed back about three hours later with the total cost including domestic shipping.

May 16th I was finally emailed back stating wrxgal would take cheaper shipping, but no payment was sent. I sent a Paypal invoice to her email and sent a regular email stating:
At this point she has had 12 days to pay for her group order items.

And I received this reply:

I used to have a link to the Baby Channel site but with the meltdown of my old laptop I lost the link. I can't seem to find the info via search funtion on DoA (or Google for that matter), does anyone know if the site is still up or if there is another way to find Baby Channel stuff?? I'm thinking about ordering a Crobidoll LE though layaway via Dolk. How have your experiences with them and their layaway system been?

I bought a Soom Teschen outfit from Astarvingartist back in August 2011 last year and paid for it and its shipping. I understand she was due to move 2 and a half weeks later and the item was packed away, so she would ship upon arrival in her new home.

Sadly, we have been in contact a few times over this with numerous promises to ship it, and the last message I had back from her was 02-24-2012 and since then I have had no contact despite 2 further messages. I have requested either the outfit or the money to be returned as I feel I have been more than patient.

I want to ask about the Canadian post and EMS
I'm Thai resident who had sent doll heads to a Canadian artist for faceup
I paid for the EMS and when I received the tracking number it kinda weird:(

Since I started buying things from other country, every EMS tracking start with EM or EE
But the tracking no. I've got from the artist is started with CC and I don't think it was EMS

Another thing that makes me so confuse is the heads were shipped out from Canada on 27th Apr.
And now it still no update and can't be tracked ;_;
I'd never received the EMS package this long before (now is 16 May and the package is still can't be tracked nor arrived)

So I'd asked the artist that is this called EMS in canadian post?
And she'd explained me that the EMS in Canada is provided by Xpresspost
So, if it really provided by Xpresspost , it does mean that all the package will not ship like EMS and can't track all way long?
