Carmen!

Carmen's birthday is Good Friday! Fitting to pose her with new flowers in my garden, and easter lilies! My mom came to visit me this weekend, and unlike my other dolls, Carmen is the only one who was a gift! (from my mom!) I was lucky, that Carmen arrived the very weekend my mom came from South Carolina, and we planted flowers in the garden together (and then posed Carmen there!) Mom loves my dolls.

Carmen is named after my Great Grandmother on my mother's side. When my mom and I were cleaning, we found photos of her (this weekend!)

So, I think her name was meant to be! If I have a daughter someday, I'd like to name her this.
